Caroline Young McDaniel, RN, BSN, CCM has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Caroline started their career at Washington County Regional Medical Center in 2003 as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Nurse, where they provided comprehensive care to mothers and newborns. Caroline later transitioned to the role of Director of Community Education at CHSGa - SOURCE Care Management, where they recruited physicians for the organization's preferred provider panel and maintained relationships with them. Caroline then moved on to become the Executive Director/Director of Operations at CHSGa - SOURCE Care Management/ NextStep Care, overseeing financial planning and leading a team of office administrators. Currently, they serve as the Director of Associate Health at CHSGa, responsible for developing and executing an internal associate health program to improve member outcomes and decrease costs across healthcare settings.
