Irfan Taj

Irfan Taj serves as the Director of Data & Technology Transformation at Community Health Systems, overseeing the modernization of data systems for over 70 hospitals across 15 states, and aligning data strategies with digital transformation objectives. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Program Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, where Irfan managed a $20+ million program to transition critical solutions to AWS Cloud, achieving a 20% cost reduction. Additionally, Irfan held positions as Senior Program Manager and Advisor to the CEO at the Federal Reserve, leading strategic initiatives, and as a Supervisor & Team Lead, automating software deployment across the Federal Reserve System. Earlier in their career, Irfan worked as a Software Deployment Engineer at Texas Instruments and had software engineering roles at Chevron and Oxy. Irfan holds an MBA in Global Leadership Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
