Ashley Klimavicius

Ashley Klimavicius has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of Care Transitions and Population Health at Community Healthcare Network, where they oversaw the transition of patients between healthcare settings. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Quality for the Health Homes Program, ensuring high-quality care for patients. Ashley also held the role of Chair of the Health Home Data Committee, where they analyzed data to evaluate network performance and develop consumer profiles. Before joining Community Healthcare Network, Ashley was the Training Manager for the Health Home program at CHN BK, where they designed and implemented training modules and marketing campaigns. Ashley also worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a Patient Care Coordinator and at Mental Health Providers of Western Queens as a Care Coordinator. Ashley's earlier experience includes roles at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, where they supervised the Data Management Team, and at EAC Network as a Graduate Clinical Intern in Forensic Psychology. Ashley also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at NYU College of Arts and Science and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida.

Ashley Klimavicius holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology from New York University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. Ashley also graduated from Deland High School with a focus on International Baccalaureate. In addition to their academic degrees, Ashley has obtained various certifications in areas such as Lean Six Sigma, Excel business intelligence, data visualization, and market research.
