Stacie Baird has extensive experience in the field of human resources, having held various leadership positions throughout their career. Stacie is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Community Medical Services. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources Centers of Excellence at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. There, they led a national team focused on enhancing the employee experience and implementing talent attraction and retention strategies.
Before joining Universal Technical Institute, Inc., Stacie worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Lead With Trust™ where they provided leadership development and coaching for clients such as Chicanos For La Causa, Carvana, Juul Labs, and American Medical Response.
Stacie also served as the Chief People Officer at CampusLogic, a SAAS start-up, where they established various talent management programs and coached the executive and HR teams. Prior to that, Stacie held the position of Vice President of Human Resources/CHRO at Merz North America, a global medical device and pharmaceutical company.
Stacie'sother notable roles include serving as Vice President of Human Resources/CHRO at Southwest Network, a non-profit behavioral health organization, and as Vice President of Human Resources at iQor. Stacie's expertise also extends to global recruitment and employment branding, as they worked as the Director of Global Recruitment and Employment Brand at Caremark.

Stacie'sexperience spans various industries, and they have consistently delivered results in talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and HR operations.
Stacie Baird (She/Her) completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry at Butler University from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Nursing degree at Ball State University for the year 1995 to 1996. In 2003, Stacie obtained an HR Certification, specifically the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, they obtained another certification, the SPHR, from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in June 2003.
