Lisa Lowe, J.D., serves as the Clinic Manager at Community Memorial Healthcare, overseeing daily operations of multidisciplinary outpatient clinics and a dermatology surgery center while managing a team of 59 healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Additionally, Lisa volunteers as a Court Mediator for the Superior Court of California, County of Ventura, facilitating conflict resolution between plaintiffs and defendants to help settle cases outside of court. Previously, Lisa held the position of Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator at Lakeside Surgery Center, LP, where project management expertise led to the successful accreditation of a multi-specialty physician-owned surgery center. Lisa holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Colleges of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from The Master's University.
