Michelle Floyd has extensive experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Michelle started their career at South Plains Mortgage, LLC, where they held various roles including Underwriter, Closer, and Funding Coordinator. In 2006, they joined Countrywide Full Spectrum Lending Division as a Mortgage Loan Specialist. In 2007, they joined My Community Federal Credit Union as a Jr. Loan Officer and later became the Lending Call Center Manager. In 2008, Michelle became a Real Estate Loan Specialist and Branch Manager at the same credit union. Michelle then worked at Community National Bank as a Mortgage Closing Assistant, Underwriter, Mortgage Ops Supervisor, Bank Officer/Mortgage Operations Supervisor, Assistant Vice President, and currently serves as the Vice President. Michelle's work experience demonstrates their expertise and progression within the banking and mortgage industry.
Michelle Floyd completed their high school education at Lee High School in Midland, TX from 1992 to 1995, earning a High School Diploma. Michelle then pursued further education at Midland College from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies.
