Nyein Su Su Thwe

Nyein Su Su Thwe has extensive experience in human resources and administration roles. Nyein Su Su has most recently worked as the HR and Admin Director at Community Partners International since 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager HR Operations at Capital Diamond Star Group (CDSG) from 2017 to 2018. Nyein Su Su also served as the Operations Manager at MEDA from 2015 to 2016 and as the HR and Admin Director at CARE from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they held HR and Admin Manager positions at Merlin and Welthungerhilfe from 2011 to 2012 and 2008 to 2010, respectively.

Nyein Su Su Thwe has a strong educational background, with degrees and certificates from various institutions. Nyein Su Su began their educational journey at the University of Taunggyi, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from 1995 to 2000. Nyein Su Su then furthered their studies at Yangon University of Foreign Languages, obtaining a Master's degree in English as a Foreign Language from 2003 to 2005.

To broaden their academic horizons, Nyein Su Su Thwe pursued additional education in different fields. In 2011, they completed an Online Certificate Course in Community-Based Development from Colorado State University. This course enhanced their knowledge in this area.

In 2012, they embarked on a new venture at the University of Southern California, where they pursued a Master's degree in International Public Policy and Management. This program, which lasted from 2012 to 2013, allowed their to deepen their understanding of this field and develop practical skills.

To further enhance their professional skill set, Nyein Su Su Thwe sought specialized training in Human Resources. Nyein Su Su recently acquired a Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, completing this program in 2019.
