Matt Needleman

Matt Needleman is an experienced talent acquisition professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Community Phone. Previously, Matt founded Opt-In Talent and held the role of Talent Partner at Mixbook. Additionally, Matt has experience as a Director of Talent at LeadCoverage and has participated as a Djembe Player for the Atlanta Hawks. Matt Needleman earned a degree from Hofstra University, completing studies between 2003 and 2007.
