Kristi Edwards

Kristi Edwards has extensive experience in the HR field. Kristi is currently working as an HR Director at CommunityWFM since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Edge Communications from January 2014 to December 2022. Kristi also has experience as an HR Manager at HealthQuest Alliance from July 2012 to January 2014. Before that, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at MedSynergies from October 2010 to July 2012, and as a Recruiter from August 2009 to October 2010. Their earliest position was as a Recruiter at American Nursing Services from July 2006 to June 2009.

Kristi Edwards graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology in 2005. Prior to that, they attended Texas Tech University from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Biology. In addition to their degrees, Kristi also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in July 2013.
