Livia Vasilescu

Livia Vasilescu has a diverse background in HR and data analytics. Livia is currently an HRIS and Compensation & Benefits Lead at Plastic Omnium, where they oversee the management of HR information systems and compensation programs. Prior to this, Livia worked as a Guest Lecturer at Babes-Bolyai University and gained experience as a People Insights Manager and Team Leader at Endava. Livia also has experience in HR reporting and global mobility analysis from their previous roles as an HR Reporting Analyst at Vertiv and a Global Mobility Analyst at Tenaris. Livia began their career as a Research Support Collaborator at Cluj School of Public Health, Babes-Bolyai University.

- From 2018 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business at Babes-Bolyai University.
