Magdalena Grandizo has extensive experience in supply chain management across various companies. Magdalena is currently working as the Head of Global Supply Chain Planning & Performance at Plastic Omnium. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Supply Chain Middle East & Africa at Stellantis, where they were responsible for planning, transport, support to the plants, supply chain performance, and implementation of end-to-end visibility projects. Before Stellantis, Magdalena worked at Groupe PSA, where they held multiple roles including Supply Chain Group Performance Manager, Supply Chain Manager for Overseas Operations, Supply Chain Engineering Manager, and International Logistics Engineer. Magdalena also worked at Delphi (now NEXTEER Automotive) as the Production Control & Logistics Manager for Europe, and at DAGMA as an International Coordinator for Customs & Procurement. Throughout their career, Magdalena has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has successfully managed large teams and complex projects.

Magdalena Grandizo obtained a Master's degree and Bac+5 from the University of Silesia in Katowice in the years 1994 to 1999. In 2005 to 2006, they completed a certification as a 6 Sigma Green Belt from the DELPHI Manufacturing Academy. Magdalena also received training on Managing in difficult times from PSA Learning Academy in 2013 and completed a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS in 2016 to 2017. In 2017 to 2018, they participated in the Training: Leadership in action, Manager Leader program at PSA Learning Academy. Additionally, Magdalena obtained a certification as a Certified Digital Transformation Facilitator from ESCP Business School Paris in 2020 and received another Certified Supply Chain Professional certification from APICS in June 2017.
