Ricardo Pacheco

Ricardo Pacheco has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Ricardo started their career as a Professional Trainee at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they provided support for the Inspect System and handled maintenance tasks. Ricardo then worked as the Coordinator PQE Press & Body Shop at Nissan, leading improvement activities for critical suppliers. Afterwards, they joined BMW Group as a Senior Specialist QMT, where they developed and supported suppliers worldwide in series production and implemented audits for the supplier nomination process. Ricardo also received on-the-job training at various BMW plants to gain further knowledge in different components and systems. Pacheco later joined Mercedes-Benz AG as an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer, driving industrialization and approval processes for exterior components at suppliers and car plants in Mexico. Most recently, they joined Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC as a Supplier Quality/Development & Project Leader, overseeing supplier quality and development projects for North America. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Quality at Plastic Omnium.

Ricardo Pacheco completed their education in a chronological order. Ricardo obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from Universidad del Valle de México between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they received an Engineer's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Aguascalientes from 2010 to 2014. Ricardo'shigh school education was completed at Centro de Bachillerato Tecnológico Industrial y de Servicios No. 195, where they studied Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician from 2007 to 2010. In addition, Ricardo has obtained several certifications in various fields such as auditing, quality management, and Six Sigma.
