Regina Xavier

Regina Xavier is the Managing Director of Energia at ComparaJá, a position they have held since May of 2022. Xavier previously served as a Senior Consultant at Management Solutions from October 2019 to May of 2022. Prior to that, they were a Credit Risk Analyst at Raize from October 2017 to September 2019. Xavier began their career as an Audit Staff at KPMG in September 2015, before moving on to become a Summer Intern at Fábrica de Startups S.A. in July 2015.

Regina Xavier has a Master’s Degree in Management from IE Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, a Business and Management Administration certification from Hanyang University, and a French certification from Alliance Française. Regina also has a Science and Technology certification from Colégio Moderno and an English certification from Queen Ethelburga's School. Regina is also certified by LinkedIn in Learning Data Analytics and by the Cambridge Institute in CAE - Certificate in Advanced English.

They work with Sofia Croft - Head of People and Culture, João Melo - Managing Director, Crédito Habitação, and Gaspar Costa - Head of Engineering. Their manager is José Figueiredo, CEO.
