Kelly Radomski

Kelly Radomski is currently the Vice President of Organizational Development at Compass Business Solutions, Inc. She provides customized human resources solutions to various organizations and specializes in training and development projects. Prior to this role, she worked at Giant Eagle as the Team Member Recognition and Insights Leader, overseeing recognition events and managing budgets for recognition initiatives. She also has experience in career development, serving as the Assistant Director of the Career Development Center at Yeshiva University and Assistant Director for Leadership and Commuter Student Services at Fordham University. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Baldwin Wallace University.
