Rachel Gedge

Rachel Gedge is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and employee engagement across various industries. Currently serving as a People Business Partner (Interim) at Compass Group UK & Ireland since December 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner focused on Employee Engagement and Projects at CALYX in 2022. Notably, Rachel has also worked as the Head of People Services and Experience at The MISSION Group and as the Head of People Engagement and Internal Communications at Autoglass®, where significant contributions were made as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Rachel's career in HR commenced at Wickes as a Regional HR Manager, followed by a series of roles at Autoglass® that spanned over seven years. Rachel’s educational background includes a BTech diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from Bristol University and coursework at Yeovil College and Lord Digbys Grammar School.
