Annie Littrell

Annie Littrell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Annie is currently the Director of Employee Experience DEI and Internal Communications at Compass Health Center. Prior to this, they worked at Vistaprint as the Global Lead for Diversity and Inclusion, and also served as the Global Lead for Leadership and Learning. Annie also worked at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they held the positions of Director, Early Career Communities and Program Director for the Illinois Tech Global Leaders Program. Annie started their career as a Student Engagement Specialist at Columbia College Chicago, followed by a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University. Annie's earlier experience includes working as a Grant Writing Assistant and Tutor at Colorado State University.

Annie Littrell completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Colorado State University in 2011. Annie then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Cognitive Psychology from Northwestern University, completing it in 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Annie has obtained a Certificate in Remote Training from Workplaceless in 2019 and a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All certification from LinkedIn in 2020. Additionally, they hold a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach certification and an OKR Expert certification from Certified Coach: Expert in OKRs, alignment, and measurement.
