Julie Howe

Julie Howe, JD, CCP, serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Compass Housing Alliance since October 2017, having previously held the role of Director of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to this, Julie Howe was the Interim Director at the City of Bellevue, Washington from May 2017 to October 2017 and spent several years at the City of Bellevue from October 2013 to October 2017 as Assistant HR Director. Earlier experience includes roles at the City of Redmond from February 2002 to October 2013, where Julie Howe worked as Compensation Programs Manager and Senior Labor Relations Analyst. Julie Howe began their career as a Labor Relations Analyst at King County from August 1991 to February 1999. Julie Howe holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Puget Sound Law School and a BA in Business from the UW Foster School of Business.
