Agata Tofil-Kaluza

Agata Tofil-Kaluza has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacovigilance and clinical safety. Agata is currently working at COMPASS Pathways as the Senior Director of Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Safety. Before that, they worked at Kyowa Kirin International plc. as the Deputy Global Head of Medical Safety and also held the position of Senior Director of Pharmacovigilance. Prior to that, they worked at UCB as the Senior Director and Head of Immunology Patient Safety Unit. Agata also gained experience at Ipsen as the Senior Director and Global Patient Safety Therapeutic Area Leader. In addition, they worked at Biogen as the Senior Medical Director and Medical Director of Safety and Benefit Risk Management. Their earlier work experience includes roles at Allergan Ltd. as the Medical Director and Associate Director of Pharmacovigilance Europe, and at Servier Research and Development as the Pharmacovigilance Manager and Medical Project Manager.

Agata Tofil-Kaluza obtained a Physician Diploma from the Medical University in Warsaw, Poland, completing their studies from 1990 to 1996. Agata later pursued a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine at the Free University in Brussels, with a completion year of 2010.
