Gilmour Morrison

Gilmour Morrison has extensive experience in the field of clinical pharmacology, with a career spanning over 30 years. Gilmour currently holds the position of Vice President and Head of Clinical Pharmacology at COMPASS Pathways since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Director at GW Pharmaceuticals plc starting from July 2018. Before that, Gilmour worked as a Senior Clinical Pharmacologist at Arcinova - A Quotient Sciences business starting from February 2016. Gilmour has also held various roles at Sanofi, including Principal Research Investigator in Pharmacokinetics and DMPK, where they were responsible for designing, analyzing, and reporting clinical pharmacology studies.

In addition to their industry experience, Gilmour has academic research experience as a Research Scientist in Clinical Pharmacology at The University of Glasgow and as a Research Associate at Eli Lilly and Company. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective communication, and expertise in oncology drug development.

Gilmour Morrison attended the University of the West of Scotland, where they studied Biological and Biomedical Sciences. Gilmour also attended Bearsden Academy for an unspecified period of time. Additionally, they studied Laboratory Technology at Clydebank Technical College.
