Kelly Flowers

Kelly Flowers has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kelly began their career in 1999 as a Clinic Nurse at DaVita Kidney Care and worked in that role until 2004. Kelly then transitioned to become a Facility Administrator, overseeing operations until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Kelly served as an Onboarding Manager, supporting new leaders in their transition. Kelly then advanced to become a People Services Manager until 2023, when they joined Compass Surgical Partners. At Compass Surgical Partners, Kelly initially served as a Sr People Service Manager and later became the Director of People Services.

Kelly Flowers attended the College of Coastal Georgia and earned a Bachelor's degree with an unspecified field of study. They also attended Coastal Pines Technical College and obtained an Associate's degree in Nursing Education.
