Linda Kelly

Linda Kelly is an experienced labor relations professional with a strong background in negotiating complex agreements and providing strategic guidance within the hospitality and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Labor Counsel and Senior Director of Labor Relations for the Northeast Region at Compass Group USA since May 2018, Linda functions as the chief spokesperson in high-profile negotiations and advises senior leadership on compliance with labor regulations. Previously, as Director of Labor Relations at Delaware North, Linda led collective bargaining efforts across the hospitality industry. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Manager in the Labor Relations Department at Xerox Corporation, where Linda advocated in mediation and arbitration while supporting operational management on labor and employee relations. Linda holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government and Criminal Justice from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
