Valerie McClung is an experienced professional in the hospitality and dining services industry, currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Jack & Olive within Compass Group USA since January 2016. Valerie has held various leadership roles, including Project Manager for the Operations Optimization Team, Director of Dining Services, and Associate Director of Dining Services at Westminster Canterbury in Virginia Beach, VA. Prior to joining Compass Group USA, Valerie was the General Manager at Panera Bread from January 2014 to January 2016 and operated Wireless Revolutions, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, from September 2003 to September 2013.
