Tim MacKey

Tim Mackey is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations and strategic growth within the real estate and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Growth Manager and Strategic Growth Partner at Compass since December 2021, Tim previously held roles at Fair Deal Home Buyers as Operations Manager and Transaction Coordinator & Disposition Manager from August 2020 to December 2021. Tim's early career at Kohl's involved positions as Assistant Buyer and Merchandise Analyst from September 2016 to August 2020, as well as a Merchandise Analyst Intern in 2015. Additionally, Tim gained experience as a Property Management Intern at R&R Realty Group in 2014. Tim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Iowa State University in 2016.
