Adrian Salas

He moved from Southern California to the Bay Area in 2017 for a career change and was hired by Compass as a Life Guide. Working alongside his clients, he was inspired by the Compass community to grow and promoted through various positions until he was granted the role of SLS Supervisor in January of 2022. He love the resiliency that Compass demonstrates to its stakeholders and how he provide a place of compassion that all the clients, employees, families, and others feel secure in.

In his position as a supervisor, he hope to direct the Concord region towards common goals of a healthy and connected community and excellent client services.
