Matthew Unerman

Matthew Unerman is a Food Sustainability Manager at Compassion in World Farming, an international NGO dedicated to eliminating factory farming. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Food Waste Consultant at Anthesis Group, the largest global sustainability consultancy. Matthew's experience includes an Energy and Environment Analyst position at Costa Coffee, focusing on recycling initiatives, as well as founding Embrace the Waste, an initiative that significantly reduced food waste in universities and generated charitable contributions. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Recycling Advisor at Veolia. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Durham University.
