Nathan Matti

Nathan Matti has a strong background in the financial industry, with experience spanning several companies. Nathan began their career at State Bank of Delano in 2007 as a Bank Officer and Commercial Credit Analyst. After three years, they joined MidCountry Bank in 2010, where they served as a Senior Credit Analyst and Commercial Lender until 2012. Since then, Nathan has been working at Compeer Financial as the Vice President of Credit.

Nathan Matti began their education journey in 2000 at Bemidji State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Nathan successfully completed their studies in 2003. In order to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field, they enrolled at Villanova University in 2006, where they obtained a Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certification. Following this, in 2012, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Management at the University of Mary. Nathan completed their studies in 2013.
