Tonda Tan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Tonda started their career in 1984 at Amelia Island Plantation, where they held various positions such as Quality Manager, Promotions Manager, Marketing, Training & Internship Manager until 1995. Tonda then joined Stamford Marriott as a Training Manager, where they designed and delivered training programs and supervised the internship program. In 1999, they became the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa. Tonda then moved on to Amelia Island Plantation again in 2000, where they served as the VP of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources for ten years. Lastly, they joined Competitive Solutions, Inc. in 2011 as a Business Process Consultant, specializing in improving communication, developing business scorecards, and setting behavioral expectations using Process Based Leadership. Tonda Tan is recognized as an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources, training, and leadership consulting.
