Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kelly started their career in 1999 as the Director of Implementation, Data Conversion & Communications Manager at Abarca Equity Consultants. Kelly then worked as an Independent Equity Consultant at StockPlan Professionals, providing stock plan administration and equity accounting assistance to companies. Later, they joined Salesforce.com as a Sr. Stock & 401K Plan Administrator. Kelly also worked as a Sr. Equity Analyst at Reliant Technologies, where they administered the company's equity-based compensation plans and conducted financial analysis. Kelly then served as the Sr. Corporate Paralegal at ARC Document Solutions, managing corporate governance and trademark registrations. In 2007, they founded Smith Equity Consulting, LLC, specializing in stock-based compensation administration and advising companies on mitigating risks and reducing expenses. Kelly also held roles at Shunammite Enterprises, Inc. as Chairman, President & CEO, Scruples Notary & Signing Agent Services as a Notary Public, LegalShield as an Independent Associate, and CompIntelligence as a Sr. Stock Plan Administration Consultant, where they focused on the administration, accounting, reporting, and education of stock-based compensation programs.

Kelly Smith completed an Associates of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies at Phillips Graduate University from 2001 to 2003. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Juris Doctorate of Law at Abraham Lincoln University, School of Law.
