Erin Shevlin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the healthcare industry.

Erin began their career in 2006 at Maxim Healthcare Services, where they served as a Human Resources Coordinator & Billing Specialist until February 2007. Erin then transitioned to a role as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter until June 2009.

From June 2009 to March 2010, Erin worked as a Physician Liaison at FP Homecare before moving to Florida Homecare Specialists, Inc. where they held the same role from March 2010 to April 2011.

In 2012, Erin joined Complia Health as a Product Support Specialist for their ContinuLink product. Erin worked in this role until December 2014 when they were promoted to the position of Team Lead, Product Support. This role lasted until May 2015 when they became the Supervisor, Support Triage. Erin held this position until March 2020 when they were promoted again, this time to the role of Director, Support, which they currently hold.

Erin Shevlin, CSM, pursued their education between 1994 and 2002. Erin first attended Newtown High School, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they enrolled at Bryant University from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Erin Shevlin also holds two additional certifications. In April 2018, they obtained the Zendesk Support Administrator certification from Zendesk. In January 2018, they also earned the Certified Support Manager certification from Service Strategies.
