Todd Tracey

Todd led to become the industry leader in service excellence. While at HemaSource, Todd implemented cultural change and continuous improvement programs while expanding the company’s reach to new markets. He and his team tripled the size of the business in six years and built a strong and lasting culture for all team members.

Prior to HemaSource, Todd’s work provided him with a breadth of functional and industry experience in leadership positions including: sales (telecommunications, web marketing), operations (agriculture), finance (telecommunications), and business analytics & problem solving (consulting).

Todd serves on the boards of FIMC, Avea, Elevated Billing, Detroit Dental, ComplianceLine, TDR, and HemaSource. Todd holds a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College (cum laude) and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Lerner Scholar, Strategy Student of the Year).
