Kathy Currey

Kathy Currey is an experienced instructional designer currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Comprehensive Care since June 2022. Previously, Kathy worked at Whakarongorau Aotearoa as an Instructional Designer and at Fletcher Building as a Learning and Development Business Partner. Extensive project contributions include developing e-learning modules for notable organizations such as Auckland Institute of Education, Tegel Foods, and AUT, showcasing proficiency in instructional design, storyboarding, and e-learning creation. Kathy's earlier experience includes roles at Harvey Norman, Engage Learning Solutions, and various contracting positions, along with a long tenure as a teacher at the Ministry of Education, emphasizing a strong foundation in educational and instructional practices. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Teaching from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Music in Teaching from the University of Port Elizabeth.
