Farid Dakiche is an experienced culinary professional who has held the position of Head Chef at several renowned establishments. Since April 2016, Farid has led the kitchen at Comptoir Libanais, showcasing expertise in creating authentic and vibrant dishes. Prior to this role, Farid served as Head Chef at YO! Sushi from August 2014 to March 2016, where skills in Japanese cuisine were prominently displayed.
