Deepak Mallya

Deepak Mallya is an accomplished Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz London, with over a decade of experience in the culinary field since starting as an apprentice in 2012. Progressing through the ranks to Premier Chef de Partie, Mallya has developed a comprehensive skill set in fine dining. Prior to this role, Mallya worked at Hallmark Hotels as a 1st Commis Chef and Conference Porter, as well as at Menzies East Cliff Court Hotel in various positions, including Porter and Assistant Waiter. Mallya's education includes studies at Bournemouth & Poole College and Bournemouth School for Boys.
