Tywauna Wilson, MBA, MLS (ASCP)CM has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. In 2006, they began their career as a Medical Technologist/ Medical Laboratory Scientist at Quest Diagnostics and worked there until 2009. Tywauna then moved on to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center where they served as a Clinical Chemistry Laboratory Manager and Mentor from 2009 to 2013.

Afterwards, they joined UC Health as the Director of the Breast Center & Mobile Diagnostics and handled various responsibilities including managing operations, budgeting, compliance, and building relationships within the organization. Tywauna left UC Health in 2016 and joined CompuNet Clinical Laboratories as the System Technical Chemistry Laboratory Director. In this role, they led the laboratory's technical operations.

In 2017, they took on multiple roles at Maxwell Leadership, a global community of leaders, influencers, and high achievers. Tywauna'sresponsibilities included coaching, training, and creating presentations focused on transforming individuals, teams, and organizations. Tywauna also joined Trendy Elite Coaching as President in December 2017.

In 2020, they became the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Talent Management at Nutter Group, LLC. Overall, Tywauna Wilson has extensive experience in laboratory management, leadership development, and strategic planning.

Tywauna Wilson received their Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Kentucky State University in 2004. Tywauna then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2008.
