Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Legal for North America at Computacenter US, Matt previously held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc., where Matt also functioned as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Earlier in Matt's career, Matt served as Senior Counsel at Mansfield Oil Company, further solidifying a robust legal background across diverse corporate environments.
