Dr. Zhong Shi, James, the Group’s Head of Product Research & Development, joined the Group in 2022 and has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in information technology, including 12 years of solid experience in a software development life cycle management role and 6 years of dedication to semantic NLP and Python machine learning techniques. He obtained his Ph.D. and M.Sc. from the Department of Computer Science, School of Informatics from University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
