Angela Amico

Software Training and Support at Computer Insights

Angela Amico has been in the professional workforce since 2004. Angela began their career at Career Education Corporation as an Associate Student Manager. In 2006, they moved to Pinnacle Data Systems where they held the position of Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for growing and maintaining ten key global accounts/customers, working closely with engineering, marketing and senior management to ensure successful account penetration, sales, customer satisfaction and revenue generation for key accounts. In 2010, they joined Computer Insights, Inc. as a Software Training and Support, with their primary responsibility being to answer calls arriving at the Support Center and accurately identify, prioritize and log the service requests and problem diagnosis within the established standards.

Angela Amico obtained their BSCJ in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1996 and 2000. In 2021, they obtained two additional certifications from LinkedIn: Customer Service Foundations and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
