Kathleen P.

Kathleen P. began their work experience in 2014 as a Business Services Coordinator for Kappa Delta Sorority. Kathleen then joined Kappa Delta Foundation in the same year and held various roles, including Operations Coordinator, Project Specialist, and Programs Manager. In 2019, Kathleen became an Information Systems Senior Manager for Kappa Delta Sorority until 2020 when they joined Computer System Innovations, Inc as a Consultant.

Kathleen P. has a diverse range of educational experiences. From 2008 to 2013, they attended The University of Memphis and studied Chemistry/Biochemistry. Following that, they pursued their interest in ornithology and studied at the same university from 2013 to 2015. In 2020, Kathleen enrolled again at The University of Memphis, this time studying Organizational Leadership/Business Management. Currently, they are working towards a degree in Business Information and Technology/Information Systems at the same institution, with an expected completion date in 2024.

In addition to their educational pursuits, Kathleen has obtained certifications in Project Management Training from the Project Management Institute and The Fund Raising School from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
