William Zeller

Bill is the chief legal counsel for Computershare in the U.S. He has more than 25 years of experience in legal and compliance leadership roles.​

He has served as Vice President and General Counsel of Trane Commercial Systems and Head of Global Corporate Finance Compliance for Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Other previous service include: AIG, Interpublic Group, GE Capital, Chase Manhattan Bank and the law firm of ​Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
