Glenn Ichel

Glenn Ichel has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications and electronics industry. Glenn currently serves as the Corporate VP of Program Management at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director, Business Integration at the same company. Prior to joining Comtech, Glenn worked as a Program Lead at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions. Earlier in their career, they were employed by L3Harris Technologies, where they served as the Site Lead, overseeing operations, engineering, program management, quality, and facilities. Glenn also held the position of Vice President of Program Management, contributing to strategic planning and operational initiatives. Before their tenure at L3Harris Technologies, Glenn held various leadership roles at L3 Narda-MITEQ, including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Program Execution, Senior Director of Operations, and Director of Quality Assurance. Throughout their career, Glenn has demonstrated expertise in program and proposal management, cost estimating, contracts, and export compliance.

Glenn Ichel earned a Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Rutgers University. In December 2022, Glenn obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
