Jinky Nacion Templo has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Partner at Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company (CCAC) since January 2016, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement for both B2B and B2C sectors post-merger in 2021.
