Austen Rosales

Austen Rosales currently works at Concept Plus, LLC as an I.T. Engineer. Previously, at Navy Federal Credit Union, Austen worked as an I.T. Technician Intern and later as a Logistical Support Intern. Austen was involved in various projects such as upgrading systems to Windows 10, developing PowerShell scripts, and managing the resale of laptops. With a degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, Austen has a strong background in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
