Stefano Gelsomini

Stefano Gelsomini is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management, currently serving as Group Chief Operating Officer at Conceria Pasubio SPA since April 2018. In this role, Gelsomini oversees multiple manufacturing plants globally and holds additional positions including General Manager of the Sabac Facility, Board Member of GDI in Mexico, CEO of HEWA Leder in Germany, and Vice President of Confindustria Serbia. Gelsomini co-founded SUPER SRL Real Estate in July 2021 and participates as a Board Member at ATIU since August 2022. Previous leadership roles include Director of Operations at LivaNova, Director of Manufacturing and Engineering at Sorin Group, and Operations Director at Allegion US. Gelsomini’s career began at CISA in various engineering and supervisory capacities. Gelsomini holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a High School Diploma from 1988.
