Joanna MacLeod

Joanna Macleod is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, transformation, and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Group Chief Operating Officer at IQ-EQ since 2021, Joanna also holds a position as Non Executive Director at Nash Squared. Previously, Joanna was with American Express Global Business Travel from 2013 to 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the integration of the £411m acquisition of Hogg Robinson Group and driving significant digital and cultural transformations.
