Jessica started their career as a Recruiter at Aerotek, where Jessica handled full-cycle recruiting for various roles. Currently, at Concero, Jessica holds the role of Candidate Talent Partner, specializing in finding and recruiting top talent in the Software industry. Jessica's experience includes utilizing various recruiting tools, conducting reference checks, coordinating onboarding, and training new team members.
