Marloche Azor

Marloche Azor is a Collaborative Care Clinician at Concert Health, where responsibilities include providing evidence-based interventions for patients through the Collaborative Care Model, as well as coordinating mental health care with primary care providers. Prior experience includes serving as an MSW intern at Jaqueta Baptista Counseling Services, assisting with intake and discharge planning for at-risk youth, and conducting weekly mental health assessments.
