Karl Michel Koerich

Karl Michel Koerich has a solid background in software development and machine learning engineering. Karl Michel most recently worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Concha Labs starting in 2022. Prior to that, they gained experience at the Schulich School of Music of McGill University as a Software Developer & Undergraduate Researcher from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they collaborated with a team to re-architect a data pipeline system and create an open-source Python library for biosignal processing. Before that, Karl worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Matrox in 2021, where they developed a Python interface for image processing functionalities. Karl Michel also has research experience as a Research Intern at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in 2019, where they investigated adversarial attacks on convolutional neural networks and co-authored a paper presented at the 2020 IEEE IJCNN conference.

Karl Michel Koerich pursued their education from 2016 to 2018 at Marianopolis College, where they studied Pure and Applied Science. After their time at Marianopolis College, they went on to attend McGill University from 2018 to 2022. At McGill, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in the field of Computer Engineering.
