Concord Technologies is currently seeking an Account Manager for its growing team in Seattle, Washington.  We are looking for exceptional individuals with a competitive spirit and the desire to put in the work to become a top performer. 

Based remotely, the Account Manager is a key contributor to the continued success of Concord’s growing Sales Team. In this frontline, position you will be the first touch point between Concord and new prospective customers responsible for building sales/lead pipeline for the sales organizations.

Essential Functions:

Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, cultivating strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities.   • Take ownership of the entire sales process, including conducting discovery calls to drive pipeline growth and generate revenue within your assigned accounts.

  • The Account Manager is responsible for proactive prospecting efforts aimed at driving revenue growth.

  • Exceed annual revenue targets by effectively managing and growing your account portfolio.

  • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve quota targets.

  • Provide outstanding client relationship management for both new and existing clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Concord's product offerings to achieve their business objectives.

Position Requirements:

  • College Graduate, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of individual quota-carrying sales experience

  • Proven track record of achieving performance goals including quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics.

  • Experience in facilitating resolution to customer problems

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

  • Capable to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000 (base plus variable.) Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
