Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Projects Support to join our team.

The Countrywide Department is responsible for delivering a streamlined service to our clients, the franchisees, within agreed deadlines to the highest standard possible. The successful candidate will focus on delivering both technical and procedural support to our franchise members and our internal team, as well as working on Digital Projects from conception through to completion and rollout.

This is a permanent position and offers the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, working remotely and an element of travelling nationwide. Our Head Office is based in Silverstone House in Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing technical support to Franchise members, taking ownership of any issues or queries in a timely manner.

  • Support the implementation of new technologies in line with overall Countrywide Business strategy.

  • Promote Sherry FitzGerald technologies with Franchise members.

  • Train and upskill office Principals and employees on the various technologies promoted by us.

  • Use technology to support Franchise members address operational issues.

  • Upskill and train internal Countrywide employees on best practice with technology.

  • Work to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency across all digital projects.

  • Assist in audits of technology engagement & identify areas for improvement on an office-by-office basis.

  • Collaborate with the wider Digital Projects team, contributing to the delivery of the business plan, while supporting each other in the achievement of KPIs.

  • Provide project support to the Digital Projects team.

  • Manage relationships with Countrywide clients and external suppliers.

  • Contribute to the overall Countrywide team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT support or a related role.

  • Must be technically proficient in all aspects of Office 365.

  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field is desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

  • Excellent organisation skills with an ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative.

  • Full clean driving licence and access to car. A willingness to travel is essential.
