Terri Scott

Terri Scott, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as a Ministry Solutions Payroll Specialist at Concordia Plans since April 2023. Previously, Terri worked at Concordia Plan Services as a Senior CRSP Representative from September 2021 to April 2023. An extensive tenure at Renaissance Financial lasted from August 2011 to May 2021, during which Terri held roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Manager. Earlier experience includes owning Making Memories Scrapbook Store from June 2000 to June 2010 and serving as Manager of Client Services at ETHIX Mid Rivers from June 1992 to June 2000. Terri holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Organizational Behavior from UM St. Louis, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
